White Man Claims He’s Turning BLACK After Liver Transplant From African-American Donor
A white man who was given anewliver from an African-American donor has claimed that his skin is starting to turn black since theoperation.
Semen Gendler was in serious need of a liver after he was diagnosed with hepatitis C and cancer. The 65-year-old inventor was told by doctors his only hope was a liver transplant.
After speaking with contacts in the United States, he arranged to fly there from his home in Krasnodar in the Krasnodar Krai, south-western Russia, to have the operation.
No details have been given about the circumstances under which a Russian was eligible for a transplant in the United States, where there is reportedly a shortage of donors.
However, an insider said it could be possible if he had a home the US, and there were options of having a partial liver transplant from a living donor or accepting a non-ideal liver which would make a transplant easier to obtain.
“Russian doctors made it quite clear to me that if I didn’t have a liver transplant I would not live,” Gendler explained. “I do a lot of business in the US with partners in New York, and I asked them to help me arrange for the operation where if you have enough money it is possible to do it more quickly than in Russia. Fortunately I was able to afford the cost of the $500,000 operation, in Russia I would have had to wait too long for a donor.”
He said that he had been initially delighted at having the liver of a 38-year-old and added that it had given him a new lease of life. But he said he thought his former KGB colleague Igor Atamanenko was joking when he noticed that he seemed to be changing color.
“I noticed that his skin was getting darker. When he told me they had given him the liver of an African-American man, Iguess that was probably the reason for the color change,” Igor told Russian media. “I have known my friend for years and he has always been if anything extremely pale, and now for the first time ever he is becoming dark skinned.”
For his part, Gendler states that his skin is changing colour but says it doesn’t trouble him excessively.
“I could end up much darker than this to be honest, I don’t care. The main thing is that the liver works and I am healthy,” he said. “It’s incredible, I am now so full of energy and living between two cities in New York and Krasnodar and if my skin ends up dark who cares, I certainly don’t.”
Gendler added that he had never been somebody to go out in the sun much and had always avoided it even after the transplant, which meant he didn’t believe a suntan was the reason for the change in color of his skin.
He also believes it is much more likely the fact that he had an organ transplant, although his doctors have stated that they struggled to come up with an explanation as to exactly how the liver is changing his skin color.

(ANTIMEDIA)Burns, OR — The headquarters of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge had been closed for the holidays. So there was no risk of a scuffle when it was taken over by a militia on Saturday. Among those now occupying the Federal building are the son and two brothers of Cliven Bundy, the Nevada rancher famous for his armed standoff with the Feds over grazing rights in April 2014.
Before the seizure, the militia members had joined residents in a parade through the town of Burns to protest the prison sentences of two local ranchers: Dwight Hammond Jr. and his son, Steven. The Hammonds were convicted on arson charges pressed by the Bureau of Land Management over fires that they started on their own property to manage pasture vegetation, but which overspread onto land claimed by the Federal Government.
The Hammonds were initially given months-long prison sentences, which they have already served. But government lawyers argued for longer ones, since the arson convictions fall under a 1996 terrorism law that imposes a mandatory minimum sentence of five years. In October, an appeals court judge sent the Hammonds back to prison to serve the full “nickel.” The Burns protest was driven by local outrage over the draconian sentence that effectively brands their neighbors as terrorists.
According to two of the militiamen, the goals of the occupation are long-term and ambitious, as reported by The Daily Mail:
“In a video posted to Facebookby Sarah Dee Spurlock, two men — one donning camouflage gear — explain why they are taking the measures they are.
‘This will become a base place for patriots from all over the country to come to be housed and live here. We’re planning on staying here for several years,’ the first man said.
He added: ‘One time [Harney County] were the wealthiest county, now they’re the poorest, and we will reverse that in just a few years by freeing up their land and resources.
‘And we’re doing this for the people. We’re doing this so the people can have their land and their resources back where they belong.’
He appealed to the public for people to join the group in Oregon.
‘We’re calling people out here to come and stand. We need you to bring your arms and we need you to come to the Malheur National Wildlife refuge,’ he said.
The second man, dressed in camouflage gear, said the group is challenging the government.
‘Until that line is drawn to say “We’ve had enough of this tyranny, you are going to leave us alone”, it will not change,’ he said. ‘This is the power of America right here.
‘People got together for this and it doesn’t have to stop here. This could be a hope that spreads through the whole country.
‘Everybody’s looking for this hope because the government has beat us, oppressed us and took everything from us. They will not stop until we tell them no.’”
An FBI spokeswoman said the agency was aware of the situation and made no further comment. It remains to be seen whether the Feds will stand down, as they did at Bundy Ranch, or resort to homicide, as they did at Ruby Ridge, Waco, and West Philadelphia.

"We are not asking for money," a message from Jon Ritzheimer, an organizer of assorted anti-Islam rallies, posted by one Blaine Cooper, reads. But "we will humbly accept money donations," the post continues.
